Dr. Edwards has performed record reviews and examinations at the request of third parties related to a variety of civil issues. He has testified in deposition, by declaration and before judge and jury as a psychiatric expert witness. He has performed examinations of workers for several employers, including police and fire departments to assist in return to work planning, disability accommodation and violence risk assessment. He has examined health care professionals to assess impairment and safety to practice. Before scheduling an examination Dr. Edwards will ask you to sign and return the expert witness agreement which also includes the fee schedule. |
